• School Development and swimming programme, "Swimming is Life" (programme endorsed by the Spanish Swimming Federation).
• Development of Directed Activities programmes.
• Ongoing training of monitors through both our internal Training School and external entities.
• Summer sports schools for children

We are experts in team management and interdisciplinary work, which ensures success in comprehensive facility management. Among the tasks we manage, we can find:

• Ongoing training of sports instructors and technicians through both our internal Training School as well as through external entities.
• Human resources department responsible for managing schedules, payroll, workplace risk prevention, etc.
• Accounting department responsible for managing the accounts of the facilities, communication with suppliers and municipalities, etc.

The activity scheduling, as well as the opening and closing times of our centres are carefully established, taking into account the characteristics and profile of our potential clients. Through this, we seek to maximize our resources, so that our management is economically viable.

Gesport Balear has a wide experience in the integral maintenance of sports facilities, public and private swimming pools sector.
We design a tailor-made planning to meet the needs of each centre in the cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance area, complying with all the established regulations and under a permanent control system.
